Join us for a special evening welcoming the arrival of spring through flowers and community.
Maarte Flowers is partnering with Peace Collective to host an intimate ikebana workshop at their flagship store in the Distillery District. Guided by ikebana artist Jennylyn Managa, this hands-on experience will introduce you to the principles of Japanese floral design while creating your own sculptural arrangement using seasonal spring florals.
All materials will be provided, including florals, ceramic vessels, kenzan (flower frogs), tools, and intention cards. Each guest will leave with their own ikebana arrangement to take home.
To celebrate the season, Peace Collective will also launch its Spring Collection. After the workshop, guests will have the opportunity to shop the store with a special in-store discount.
As part of this collaboration, 10% of all ticket sales will be donated to Peace Collective’s community giving initiative, supporting their goal of raising one million dollars for causes that matter to their community by 2030. Giving back is a core part of community building and helps ensure people have access to the resources they need when they need them.
