Refund & Cancellation Policy

All workshop and event purchases are final. We do not offer refunds.

Every Maarte workshop involves significant preparation, from sourcing and conditioning fresh florals to coordinating materials, labor, and the full experience ahead of each session. Because we work with living materials and begin planning well in advance of every event, costs are committed long before the day arrives. This is the nature of what we do, and it's what allows us to deliver the quality and care our community expects.

If you need to cancel, please notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled workshop, and we'll issue a studio credit valid for any future Maarte workshop or event. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are not eligible for credit.

Credits do not expire; use them whenever works for you. If Maarte cancels or reschedules an event, you will receive a full credit or the option to transfer your spot to the new date. By completing a purchase with Maarte, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy in full.
