Orders & Payment

  • Payments can be made directly through our website at checkout using major credit cards and other secure payment methods supported by our platform.

  • You may leave a note at checkout with any preferences and we will do our best to accommodate when possible. Because we work with seasonal materials, requests are always dependent on availability.

  • Images on the website are for reference only. Each arrangement is designed using seasonal florals, so flower varieties and color palettes may vary. The overall composition, movement, and aesthetic will remain consistent with the Maarte style.

  • Due to the perishable nature of flowers, all sales are final. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your flowers and we will do our best to resolve it.

  • Yes. All arrangements come arranged in a low profile clear glass cylinder vase.

Deliveries & Pickup

  • Maarte currently offers local delivery within GTA.

  • After an order is placed, the Maarte team will reach out to the recipient on the day of delivery to coordinate drop off.

  • Yes. In store pickup is available between 12 pm and 6 pm.

  • If the pickup window does not work for you, please email hello@maarteflowers.com, and we will do our best to coordinate another time.

  • Arrangements are delivered fully composed in a clear glass vase. When appropriate, flowers may also be carefully wrapped to protect the arrangement during transport. It will also include a flower food and a Maarte postcard.

Workshops

  • Not at all. Workshops are designed for both beginners and those curious about exploring floral design through the principles of ikebana.

  • Workshops typically include all floral materials, tools, and guidance throughout the session. Participants will take home their finished arrangement.

  • Yes, we do! We offer private workshops for groups, celebrations, and brand activations. Please visit our Inquiries page to submit an inquiry.

Floral Subscriptions

  • Our subscriptions provide a rotating seasonal arrangement delivered on a bi weekly basis. Each arrangement reflects the flowers and foliage available during that time of year.

  • Yes. Please contact hello@maarteflowers.com if you would like to pause, adjust, or update your subscription.
